How To Make Roasted Yams
1 pound of yams, cut them width wise into 1 inch thick pieces
2 cups of baby corn cobs, halved
1 1/2 cups wax beans, halved
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh savory, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine oil, garlic, savory, and tarragon.
In a non-stick pan, add the yams, baby corn cobs, and wax beans. Coat well with the oil mixture.
Bake for 1 hour or until the yams are soft and browned.
