How To Make Slow Cooker | Crock Pot Potato Casserole
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons melted butter, divided
1 teaspoon salt
2 pounds red potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 to 2 cups stuffing mix
Combine soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup butter and salt into a small bowl.
Combine the potatoes and cheese in your slow cooker | crock pot.
Pour the soup mixture over the potato mixture; mix well
Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the potato mixture; drizzle with remaining 3 tablespoons butter.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
