4 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, or 1 tablespoon dried
Preheat the oven to 350F
Butter an 8 inch square glass baking dish
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, slat, and pepper until blended. Mix in the spinach, add the remaining ingredients, and stir until well blended.
Spread out the mixture in the baking dish. Bake uncovered, for 45 minutes, or until the center is firm.
