4 tablespoons butter, melted, plus extra for the dish
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (approx 2 lbs total)
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
8 slices Asiago or Jarisberg cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups dried herb stuffing mix
Preheat the oven to 350F
Butter a 9×13 inch baking dish
